Tips:
The kit comes with a plastic roll that has little holes. You feed the balloon pigtail into the holes and slide into the slot.
 

Step to use double hole chian.

1. put the first balloon in the big hole, then move balloon to the small hole.

2. put the second balloon in the big hole, opposite direction.

3. balloon could also be fixed via ropes, knotted through holes.

4. use tools or adhesive tape to diy the model you want, tie the balloon chain with rope.  

Note: if balloon is not easy to fix on the chain, you could tie the balloon with chian again, or use rope.
